When you use this website, The Magic Wood may receive information you choose to submit through the project-enquiry form or the website assistant. Enquiry information can include your name, email address, project type and project message.

How information is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, plan potential projects and manage customer follow-up. When the AI assistant is enabled, the text you send to the assistant is forwarded through the AI provider selected by the site owner so that a response can be generated.

AI providers

The site owner can configure different AI providers. API credentials are held only on the server and are not exposed to visitors. The website records operational AI metadata such as provider, model, response status and latency; it does not intentionally store assistant conversation text in the operational event log.

Storage and security

Website enquiries are stored in the site's private backend database and are accessible through the authenticated owner console. Reasonable technical controls are used to protect administrative access and API credentials.

Your choices

You do not need to use the AI assistant to contact The Magic Wood. You can contact the team directly at sales@themagicwood.co.id. You may also use that address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of enquiry information associated with you, subject to applicable legal obligations.
